IMPORTANT PRICE & PAYMENT CONDITION

The product price stated on this payment plan represents the confirmed price at the time the Pay Small-Small arrangement is accepted and the initial payment is received.

Customers are expected to complete all agreed payments within the selected payment period.

What happens if payment is not completed on time?

If a customer fails to complete the agreed payment plan within the applicable 3–6 month payment period, and the current selling price of the product has increased, Jecas Stores reserves the right to review the outstanding balance based on the current applicable selling price.

Any such price increase may arise from factors including, but not limited to:

– Supplier price increases
– Exchange-rate fluctuations
– Importation costs
– Transportation and logistics costs
– Changes in market prices
– Other legitimate increases in the cost of supplying the product

PRICE INCREASES WILL BE COMMUNICATED

Jecas Stores will not silently apply a price increase.

Where a price adjustment becomes applicable because the customer has exceeded the agreed payment period, the customer will be informed before any additional payment is requested.

All payments already made by the customer will be properly accounted for when determining the outstanding amount.

The customer will then be provided with the applicable outstanding balance and the available options under Jecas Stores’ current Pay Small-Small terms.
